The project is developing e- ticket sales system for events organized by the company.
The following modules will be created:
Event administration in the client's self-service module. Management and administration of all information about the event, event prices, discounts, seating in the hall and ticket reservation, which is displayed in the customer's self-service.
Ticket self-service module. A module that allows the customer to follow the steps of the menu and thus purchase tickets to the desired event, pay for it and print tickets. The module provides an opportunity to additionally print invitations, print tickets purchased online, and pay for the reservation.
Event participant self-service registration module. The module, with the help of which the customer is asked to enter the ticket holder's data in the self-service, which is necessary for the registration of the participants of the event. The entered data is saved and, if necessary, can be downloaded and a list of event participants is provided.
Invoicing Customer Self-Service Module. Customers who have purchased tickets are given the opportunity to issue an invoice themselves. The customer enters the order number and fills in his details, and an invoice is automatically generated for him.
Ticket scanning self-service module. The customer is given the opportunity to scan the event ticket himself.
